Recipe for Vanilla chocolate chip cookie

This vanilla chocolate chip cookie recipe is not actually that special. It is an average recipe with some vanilla extract. I mean, it's still damn great! Given that it was sent to me by a buddy from Europe the measurements are in grams, I'll attempt to convert them to cups when I have time.

Vanilla chocolate chip cookie recipe ingredients

Unsalted Butter - 225 g, Granulated sugar - 150 g, Brown sugar - 160 g, Eggs - two, Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoons, Flour - 295 g, Baking soda - 1 teaspoon, Salt - teaspoon, Semisweet chocolate chips - 270 g

Initially you'll need to turn on the oven and preheat it to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). After that use a mid-sized container, place in the butter and cream it and add in white and brown sugars. Then beat until it's light and fluffy.

Beat in the eggs one at a time then add the vanilla extract. Finally you have a nice wet blend. Now for the dry ingredients.

Mix baking soda, flour and salt in another bowl and then add the content of the first bowl. Mix until smooth.

Whenever you are half way through add chocolate chips.

Cover the container and place it in the refrigerator. In the meanwhile take some baking paper and cover your baking sheets with it so your cookies do not stick.

Get the vanilla chocolate chip cookie dught out of the fridge and drop around two tablespoons of dough at a time on to baking sheet. This will be one cookie.

Bake for about 12 - 14 minutes until they become golden brown close to edges. Then take them out of the oven and let them cool for a while.

And? Well eat them and wash them down with milk! I used to bring vanilla chocolate chip cookies when I visited my aunt, she was an awesome cook, I seriously relished her Cajun recipes, she created wonderful home style chili and wonderful Cajun style pot roast. By the way, did you know that you could use chili together with chocolate, so you may also put it in cookies? Just don't overdo it!

Ingredients:

- 1 pound of ground turkey, chicken or beef sausage, or a mixture of chicken and turkey will do also

- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tiny onion, finely chopped

- 1 large spoon olive oil

- 300 grams of frozen or chilled pizza dough

- 1 and 1/2 cups of shredded mozzarella and cheddar mixed

Method:

- Carefully chop the sausages.

- Saut? The garlic and onions in olive oil. Add in the cut sausages and cook till fragrantly done. Drain and press with disposable hand towels.

- Unfreeze and unroll the frozen dough and shape into an oblong shape.

- Spread on a lightly buttered baking sheet.

- Spread uniformly with the sausage and the cheese combo.

- Fashion the dough into a jelly-roll and secure the filling inside by pinching the ends.

- Ensure the seam of the roll is facing down and place on a cookie sheet.

- Criss-cross cut the top of the dough with a sharp knife.

- With the stove heated up to 350?F, heat the dough for roughly 30 minutes or till you see a golden brown crust.

- Let stand to cool down for roughly 10 minutes after removing from the stove.

- Slice diagonally and serve.

Recipe for Classic Liege Waffles

How to Make

Inside a mixer, add warm milk, warm water, yeast, and 1 cups of flour and blend for 3-5 minutes till mixture turns with smooth and sticky consistency.

Set aside mixture in a mixer bowl for around 60 minutes. This will rise considerably within the bowl.

Subsequently, incorporate these ingredients over the mixture without mixing them along with the ingredients already contained in the mixture (let them stay on top): Remaining three cups of flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, butter, and also eggs.

After 60 minutes, add in vanilla and honey into the mixture/dough. Mix completely for five minutes. Reserve for around 4 hours at room temperature to enable perfect rising of the dough.

Right after four hours, press the dough down, removing all the gases. Put dough in the baking pan or leave it rested inside the mixing bowl and then cover with butcher paper. Keep dough in refrigerator overnight.

Note: If you're using a waffle iron which has a slightly increased temperature of 400 degrees, reduce temperature to 300 degrees just after you have located the dough balls into the scorching iron. This may keep the pearl sugar from burning.

12. Let waffles to cool down for a couple of minutes before serving considering the fact that caramelized pearl sugar might be exceptionally hot.

Simple and Healthful Recipe to Make Bread at Home

Bread is one of the most easy to prepare and filling nibbles that you can make at home. I find making breads a particularly relaxing process and the results are very lip smacking. I try and make my pumpkin bread recipe as easy as possible in order that they do not take much time to prepare. You must try out the following healthy pumpkin bread recipe .

Items needed:

- 3 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour

- 1 spoon of baking powder

- 2 teaspoons of bread soda

- 1 small spoon of ground cinnamon

- 1 teaspoon of ground nutmeg

- 1/2 teaspoon of all spice powder

- 1 cup of granular sugar

- 1/2 cup of egg replacer (you can use flaxseed powder too)

- 1/2 cup of canola oil

- 1/2 cup of fat-free buttermilk (I really like to use homemade and fresh buttermilk; I have added the buttermilk recipe below)

- 2 large eggs

- 2/3 cup of water

- 1 can of pumpkin

- 1/3 cup of sliced pecans or walnuts

For buttermilk:

- 1 cup of low fat milk

- 1 spoon of lemon juice or vinegar

Preparation:

For the buttermilk:

- Add the vinegar to the milk and stir well.

- Let the mix stand for 5 to 10 minutes.

- Stir once again and you've got your fresh buttermilk ready.

This recipe is sufficient for 2 9-inch breads.

- Grease and flour two 9x5 inch bread-baking dishes.

- Heat the stove to 350F.

- In a bowl, take the eggs and egg replacer and mix them at low speed to get a fluffy mix.

- Add the sugar and blend at medium speed to melt the sugar.

- Add the canola oil to the mix and blend to emulsify the mix.

- Add the fresh buttermilk to the above mix and blend on medium speed.

- In a clean bowl, take the pumpkin and water.

- Blend the pumpkin mix for about 2 minutes to get a smooth puree.

- Add the pumpkin puree to the egg-oil mix and blend more to get a smooth liquid.

- Mix all the dry ingredients together.

- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, 1/4 cup at a time. Blend well at medium speed after each addition. At the end you will get a smooth batter.

- Decant the batter in the greased baking dishes.

- Speckle the sliced walnuts on the bread batter.

- Bake in the heated cooker at 350F for about 50 minutes.

- Cover the bread with silver foil and cook for another 10 minutes.

- Remove from the cooker and cool in the pan for 10 minutes.

- Remove from the pan and chill the bread on a wire rack.

You can safely wrap the cooled bread in plastic wrap and store in the fridge for about a month.

Summery Vegetable Crpes

Steps:

With a smaller mixing bowl, stir simultaneously sour cream, 1/4 cup chives, milk, lemon juice, and 1/4 teaspoon salt right until properly mixed. Save prepared sauce.

Grease a huge nonstick griddle with oil and set over medium-high heat. When oil gets sizzling, cook up zucchini as well as green beans, and corn. Saute and stir frequently until eventually mixture appears brown, for about 6 to 8 minutes.

Tasty Matar Puri Recipe

The consistently popular Indian fry bread recipe has made a spot for itself in the bread market across the world. They're simple to make; there's no standing or rising time needed. What you may need:

For the dough:

- 450 grams plain bleached flour

- 2 tablespoons yogurt

- 1 spoon ghee (refined butter)

- 1 big spoon carom seeds

- Water to knead the dough

- 1 large spoon salt



For the filling:


- 200 grams green peas

- 1/4 spoon garam masala

- 4 green chilies

- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

- 1 little spoon dry mango powder

- 1 tablespoon salt



Method:


- In a mixing bowl, take the flour.

- In a spoon, heat the ghee till hot.

- Tip the ghee over the flour.

- Mix the flour and ghee to get a crumbling mix.

- Add the salt to the mix and combine well.

- Add the carom seeds and combine well.

- Add the yogurt and mix well to get a hard dough.

- Sprinkle a little water on the dough and knead to a soft dough.

- Cover with a cloth and set aside.

- Boil and drain the green peas.

- Put them in a mixer and grind them roughly.

- Chop the green chilies in little pieces.

- In a frying pan, take some oil and add the sliced green chilies and cumin seeds.

- Fry for two minutes.

- Now add the garam masala powder to it and fry for another 1/2 minute.

- Add the peas and salt and mix all of the ingredients well.

- Fry till the mix is dry enough to make soft balls.

- Take from the heat and put aside.

- Make small balls out of the dough (about 22).

- Roll out a ball of dough to a 3-inch round bread.

- Take 1 1/2 little spoons of the pea stuffing and put it in the middle of the rolled-out dough.

- Take the edges of the dough and seal the stuffing inside.

- Softly roll out the stuffed dough to a thin round.

- Do this with the remainder of the dough balls.

- Heat some oil in a frying pan.

- Fry the prepared bread in the oil at medium heat until golden brown on either side.

- Remove and drain on an absorbent paper towel.

- Serve hot with tamarind chutney and sweet and sour sauce.

The fry bread tastes totally savoury with tomato subzi (cooked tomato in gravy).

You can adjust the amount of chilies and salt according to your taste.

Buying in a retail store will give you instant gratification, but you will have a more limited selection. You might get a discount at an online store and the selection will be bigger. These days there are plenty of options with a spit.
