But unfortunately, Coffee Arabica Gayo trademark has been claimed to be owned by a Dutch businessman to be registered after the WTO in Europe three years ago. It makes the struggle for the right brand of coffee conflict between the Government of the Netherlands and Indonesia, which until now has not been completed, but when traced to the right of Geographical Indications (GI) Coffee Arabica Gayo then this is fairly strong evidence of ownership by the government of Indonesia Kopi Gayo.

As a result of a trademark registered by a businessman from the Netherlands native Indonesia Gayo coffee farmers can not export using trademarked Gayo coffee on the products themselves. It is ironic and sad ...

Coffee And Hungry

Your Ad Here
"Menurut beberapa orang, mengonsumsi kopi baik untuk menunjang program diet karena membantu kita menahan rasa lapar. Benarkah demikian?"

"According to some people, drinking coffee good to support the diet program because it helps us withstand hunger. Is this correct?"

Not really. According to Dr. Inge Permadhy, MS, SpGK, nutrition specialist from the department of Cipto Mangunkusumo, Jakarta, caffeine in coffee functioning blood vessels dilate and increase the body's metabolism to burn fat. However, it does not mean coffee is able to lose weight. The first reason, we can’t measure how many cups of coffee to be drunk to be an effective fat-burning process. Another reason, there are side effects if you drink too much coffee.

Caffeine increases the production of acid in the stomach, causing indigestion. In addition, we usually drink coffee with sugar added. This would negatively affect blood sugar levels.

The effect of coffee could actually starve does not apply to everyone. Relationship has not been proven scientifically. The most logical explanation is the sugar in a coffee substitute in the body's glucose needs. In some people, the impact doesn’t lead to hunger. However, it can also be caused by the habit and the feeling of drinking coffee if it's already been filled. Instead of drinking coffee, I advise you to exercise if you want to go on a diet.

"The tightening of blood vessels helps relieve the pressure that results in pain," said Robert Shapiro, MD, Ph.D., professor of neurological director of the Headache Clinic and the University of Vermont Medical School, as quoted by page Yahoo! Shine.

However, behind the pleasures, coffee store negative effects for those who do not know how to drink good coffee. Excessive coffee drinking can cause adverse effects, among other things, rising levels of bad cholesterol and triglycerides, which will make the blood more concentrated.

In addition, the coffee would be very dangerous for people with high blood pressure, because caffeine can increase blood pressure suddenly. For pregnant women, coffee can increase the risk of death in infants. Coffee also lead to bone loss. For ulcer patients, coffee is a great enemy to be avoided because caffeine increases the production of stomach acid. Coffee also creates anxiety, insomnia, and tremors (shaking hands).

In order to avoid negative effects on coffee, select blend of coffee with no added sugar and milk, as well as reduce the dose of coffee you drink each day. First Coffee at 2011

The past is memories
Today is the scratches
Tomorrow is hope
Happy new year 2011
Goodbye memories
Welcome hope

Like some coffee? The first day in the New Year should go to work. Where almost everyone last night celebrating new year and of course also sleep late at night. Should this sunny morning, good for relaxing at home with my family enjoying the warm sunshine in the morning while drinking coffee plus fried bananas (Pisang Goreng). To against the sleepiness of having to go to work, immediately opened by sipping a cup of hot black coffee............I may include a big fan of coffee, with consumption 3-4 cups a day....

To place the work trying to find information about the coffee, knowing not a lot of work to be completed (holiday bro....) and I find the abstract of a study in Annals of Internal Medicines, 2008; 148 (12) :904-914. The title: The relationship of coffee consumption with mortality ".

This study is a study of "prospective cohort" which is the observation of many years (for 18 years in men and 24 years in women) involving 41 thousand more men and 86 thousand more healthy women with no history of cardiovascular disease and cancer. Their coffee consumption since the year 1980 (for women) and the year 1986 (for men) were recorded and analyzed, associated with the incidence of death due to cancer or cardiovascular disease or other causes. Coffee consumption are grouped into several categories, namely: <1 cup / month, 1 cup / month - 4 cups / week, 2-3 cups / day, 4-5 cups / day,> = 6 cups / day.
(Including that which you now?)........

The result ?
Apparently there is an inverse relationship between the number of drinking coffee with incidence of death from cardiovascular disease, and had nothing to do with caffeine intake. In addition, there was no significant relationship between coffee consumption with mortality due to cancer or other causes. Consumption of decaffeinated coffee seems to have anything to do with a slight decrease in deaths from cardiovascular disease.
Well you know.....so drinking coffee was any good, but.......benefits of light drinking coffee to a reduced risk of cardiovascular disease still needs further research.

Hmmm...coffee is already part of the routine of my days. Can not imagine that a day without coffee, will be what this world...hehehehe
