Ingredients: 2 pounds medium-sized potatoes (most preferably Yukon Gold), 1 garlic bulb, 1/3 cup cream, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 3 tablespoons butter, Salt and pepper to taste,

Steps

Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Strip away garlic peels and slice off the tops of each clove. Spray just a little bit of olive oil on the skinned garlic, season with some salt, and slowly wrap them in an aluminum foil. Bake inside the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the garlic cloves turned out to be tender and golden brown. Move out from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes. For the time being, get a medium-sized pot. Rinse the potatoes completely and peel them off. Right after you have finished peeling, slice the potatoes into 1-inch cubes and boil inside the cooking pot with sufficient water to fill them together with teaspoon of salt. Immediately after several minutes of boiling, reduce into a simmer till your potatoes become soft when pricked using a fork or toothpick for around 15-10 minutes.

In a different saucepan, a smaller one, thaw butter and cream with each other until warm and smoothly blended. Strain the potatoes completely and return to your stove over extremely reduced heat.

Toss in roasted garlic in to the potatoes and commence mashing them making use of a potato masher or even a fork will do. Pour in cream and butter and keep on mashing till mixture will be heavy and sticky. Ensure not to overmash the potatoes.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper in your preferred quantity. Serve quickly and delight in!
