A table spoon of olive oil is used. This is basically for the purpose of frying. The ingredients also include finely cut up garlic, lime juice, and freshly cut cilantro. They have become so popular in the central and South American hotels, restaurants and homes. They are readily available in grocery store shelves all around the United States.

Black beans are known for their nutritional advantage since they have high amounts of fiber, protein and antioxidants. Its color too is of great value since it contains a big number of pigments that contain a lot of anti-oxidants. They work together with vitamins to help our bodies fight problems that are related with oxygen.

Naturally, they also contain numerous vitamins and minerals. Studies have shown that eating black beans helps with the fight of heart diseases, gaining weight, reduces the risk of suffering from several cancers and diabetes. These health benefits make them so helpful to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

Add cumin and garlic and cook for about thirty seconds. Put in the beans and chicken broth and let the mixture cook for about five minutes, while stirring from time to time. Mash them, let it cook until thick as you continue stirring, for about twenty minutes. You may add some flavor using lime juice, pepper and salt.

Consequently, be sure to pour the olive oils on top of the vegetables. It should be noted that the mixing should be done well, and in precision. After that, what now remains is to chill thoroughly and after the meal is now ready, it should be served cold.
